
What is a natural way to supress your appetite? Either foods or natural health tablets?
Anyone have any healthy ideas?
Yeah, I agree lots of water helps. I also take a few fiber supplements throughout the day, as well eating foods high in fiber. I heard fiber makes you feel more full, and it seems to be working!
I just started eating breakfast every day about a year ago, that has helped me a lot in making it through work, I just started having a protein shake (or, whey powder and milk, whatever you wanna call it!) with breakfast, right after I work out, which seems to keep me from feeling hungry for a long time.
I also started eating less food more frequently, so when you eat, you are starving hungry and so you don’t eat as much, and don’t feel over stuffed after wards!
